HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE POLICY

Manor House is commited to achieving and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety and welfare.

Manor House will:

  • Provide the resources necessary to safeguard the health, safety and welfare of it's own employees and all people affected by it's operations.
  • Provide and maintain safe vehicles, plant, equipment and systems of work.
  • Make arrangements for the safe use, handling, storage and transport of articles and substances.
  • Provide and maintain a healthy and safe working environment for all employees.
  • Provide and maintain safe places of work and means of entry to and from them, which are free from risk.
  • Comply with health, safety and walfare legislation, regulations and other applicable requirements.
  • Provide information, instruction, training and supervision to all employees to ensure that they properly discharge their responsibilities and duties.
  • Continually improve upon health and safety performance and systems.

It is the responsibility of each and every employee within his or her specific area of responsibility to implement this policy.

The director give their full support to this policy and shall ensure it is communicated, implemented and reviewed at least once a year.
